The product

Many checks. One statement report.

Each module answers one question a credit officer asks, from the first page of the PDF to the final decision.

Document intelligence

Know it is a real, readable statement before you pay.

Scans, invoices, card statements, wrong passwords and broken files are caught first. A rejected file is never charged.

The problem

Your credit desk is buried in statements.

Every bank lays its statement out differently. Reading them by hand means retyping rows, re-adding totals and hoping nothing was missed.

Many layoutsEvery bank, and often every account type, prints differently
Locked PDFsPasswords, scans and non-statements waste a cycle
Inflated incomeReturned cheques and reversals count as credits if you add by hand
No working shownA number with no trail is hard to check or defend

What BanksView does

Reads the statement you upload and produces a report and workbook. Statements are processed in memory and not stored, passwords are never kept, and reports are deleted after 30 days.

What you do

You obtain the account holder's consent before every upload, check the report against the original statement, and take the lending decision. You confirm consent when you sign up and again at each upload.

Pricing

Pay per report. No subscription.

  • Prepaid packs: ₹50 for your first report, then ₹250 for 5 reports, ₹1,000 for 20, ₹5,000 for 100. Wallet money is not refundable.
  • Rejected files, wrong passwords and scans are never charged
  • Same file again within 30 days opens the old report free

Questions

Before you upload

How do I sign in?

Create an account with your email and a password, then sign in with the same email and password.

Can I get a refund on my wallet?

No. Money added to the wallet is not refundable and cannot be withdrawn or transferred; it can only be used for reports. A report charged in error, or a payment that was debited but not credited, is corrected.

Do you store the PDF password?

No. It is used once to open the file and is not saved.

Which banks are supported?

15 banks, listed on the supported banks page. If a layout is not recognised you get a clear error and pay nothing.

How long are reports kept?

Excel files are kept for 30 days. Upload the statement again to regenerate one.

Does the account holder need to consent?

Yes. You must have the account holder's consent before you upload their statement, and you confirm this at sign-up and with every upload. You are responsible for that consent and for how you use the report.

Is this a credit decision?

No. BanksView is a software platform. It reads the PDF you upload and computes figures from it. It does not verify the statement with the bank and does not take credit decisions. Check the report against the original statement before you rely on it.
