Privacy Policy
What BanksView collects, why, how long it is kept and how to reach us.
1. Who we are
BanksView is operated by BanksView (test). This policy applies to the website and to the report service.
2. What we collect

3. Statement data and consent
Statements contain personal and financial data of the account holder. We process it only to produce the report you asked for. You confirm, at sign-up and again with every upload, that the account holder has consented to the upload and analysis, and that you are authorised to upload the file. We do not use statement data to train any model, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to contact the account holder.
4. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers that help us run BanksView (for example hosting and the payment gateway), and with authorities where the law requires. We do not share one user's reports with another user.
5. Security
We protect data with the measures described on the Security page. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your data we will notify the people and authorities the law requires, within the time it requires.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent. An account holder whose statement was uploaded can ask us to delete the related report. Write to the grievance contact below. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
7. Children
BanksView is for business users and is not meant for anyone under 18.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we update the version number and ask you to accept it again.
